N.E..Nueva Vida...(Dia 1) mmm si arriba

Desayuno: cafe con leche azucar mas pan (2)
almuerzo: Pastel de papas, una porcion, sin pan
Merienda: 2 litros y medio de mate porque estaba en casa ajena, y no tomar mate se considera sacrilegio.
Cena: 1 Porcion de pastafrola made in house

a esta lista se le agrega:
1 litro de agua+-
2 porciones de torta de alfredo (¬¬!)

es jodido tomar las cosas sin azucar...no tiene el sabor de siempre..es mas amargo. como la vida misma :P
pero bueno, hay un objetivo y tengo que cumplirlo, morirme de inanicion no va a ser posible, puedo comer, pero quiero poner el freno a tiempo.
actividad fisica por el momento estoy muerto, no hay nada para hacer hasta que nos den los horarios de entrenamiento, pero cuando nos den voya ser taaaaan feliz :)
y depues bueno caminando de aca para alla, todo los kilombos juntos en un dia te dan

tambien hay que ver que onda el centro de rendimiento deportivo, si nos dejan volver...
eso si si vuelvo yo vpyu a poenr la rutina, no me gusta la rutina que me dieron para pretemporada, no trabajaba nada, no sentia que hacia trabajo. para mi esa rutina era para las minas y ni ahi se habian enterado que nosotros eramos jugadores masculino y que ademas yo era arquero (Mas Trabajo Diferenciado todavia), pero bueno veremos que sale con eso

otro dia paso

pero todavia no emepzo lo dificil de todo...
